Welcome to LuckyFox Merch! We want you to love your witty apparel. Please review our store policies below regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.

🔄 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Since each item is made-to-order, LuckyFox Merch only accepts returns or refunds under specific conditions.

 

1. Eligibility Window

You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Eligible For Refund/Replacement (Our Responsibility)

We will replace or refund items that are:

✔ Misprinted
✔ Defective or poor quality
✔ Damaged during shipping
✔ Incorrect item, size, or color received vs. your order

Clear photos must be provided.

 

3. Not Eligible (Customer Responsibility)

Refunds cannot be issued for:

✖ Wrong size ordered (size guides are provided)
✖ Change of mind
✖ Entering an incorrect shipping address
✖ Minor color variations between screen and print
✖ Normal production variance

Color Disclaimer:
Slight color differences between digital previews and printed items are normal due to screen calibration and printing processes.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered,” LuckyFox Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers must file a claim with the carrier directly.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at LuckyFoxMerch@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos of the problem

If approved, Printful will issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost.

6. Returns Address

All returns go to a Printful facility, which varies by region.

Customers must contact us before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

7. Fulfillment Partner Disclosure

LuckyFox Merch products are fulfilled by Printful.

 

Approved refund or replacement claims are processed through Printful’s return system according to their guidelines.
