LuckyFox Merch operates as a print-on-demand (POD) store. All items are custom-printed when ordered and fulfilled through Printful and other trusted production partners.

 

By placing an order, you enter into a contract for goods made specifically for you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, policy violations, or other reasons at our discretion.

2. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

 

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and contact information.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including Wix Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. LuckyFox Merch does not store full payment information.

Data Disclosure:

 

By purchasing from our store, you consent to Wix, Printful, and our payment processors receiving your order information solely for fulfillment, shipping, and payment processing.

3. Order Processing

Each order is custom-made when purchased.

 

Typical production time is 2–5 business days but may vary based on product type and provider workload.

 

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

4. Shipping

Shipping times vary by destination and are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

 

LuckyFox Merch is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Customs processing

• Weather disruptions

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

5. Returns & Refunds

Because items are custom-made, returns are limited to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

 

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded.

All logos, designs, artwork, graphics, and text on LuckyFoxMerch.com are the property of LuckyFox Merch.
