  1. About LuckyFox Merch
    LuckyFox Merch operates as a print-on-demand (POD) store. All items are custom-made when ordered and fulfilled through Printful and other trusted production partners.

By placing an order, you enter into a contract for goods made specifically for you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, policy violations, or other reasons at our sole discretion.

  1. Payment & Billing
    All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and contact information.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. LuckyFox Merch does not store full payment details.

By purchasing from our store, you consent to your order information being shared with our fulfillment partners and payment processors solely for order processing, fulfillment, and shipping.

  1. Order Processing
    All products are made to order.

Typical production time is 2–5 business days but may vary depending on product type and production demand.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

  1. Shipping
    Shipping times vary by destination and are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

LuckyFox Merch is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  1. Returns & Refunds
    Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded in accordance with that policy.

  1. Intellectual Property
    All content on LuckyFoxMerch.com, including logos, designs, artwork, graphics, and text, is the property of LuckyFox Merch.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    LuckyFox Merch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

All products are provided “as-is” except where otherwise required by law.
