At LuckyFox Merch, all products are made to order. Because of this, we only accept returns and refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Window
You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement (Our Responsibility)
We will issue a replacement or refund if your item is:

Defective or poor quality

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect (wrong item, size, or color compared to your order)
Clear photos of the issue must be provided for all claims.
Not Eligible for Refund (Customer Responsibility)
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered

Change of mind

Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Minor color differences between screen and printed product

Normal production variations
Color Disclaimer
Slight variations between digital previews and the final printed product may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information shows the package was delivered, LuckyFox Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your claim is approved, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued at no additional cost.
Returns Address
Returns are handled through our fulfillment partner and locations vary by region. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Fulfillment Partner
LuckyFox Merch products are fulfilled by Printful. Approved claims are processed through their system in accordance with their policies.
