• Orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

• You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

• Rest of World: 7–20 business days

• Calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

• Free shipping promotions (when offered) will be applied automatically.

 

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. These vary by country and are not controlled by LuckyFox Merch.

 

↩️ 14-Day Refund & Returns Policy

Since each item is made-to-order, we only accept returns if there’s a problem with your order. You may request a refund or replacement within 14 calendar days of receipt.

 

Eligible for Refund/Return (Our Fault):

• Misprinted or defective items (printing errors, poor quality).

• Damaged in shipping.

• Incorrect products received (wrong size, color, or design vs. your order).

 

Not Eligible for Refund/Return (Customer Fault):

• Wrong size ordered (please check size guides carefully).

• Change of mind / buyer’s remorse.

• Incorrect shipping address provided.

• Minor color variations between on‑screen previews and printed products.

 

How to Request a Return/Refund

1. Email LuckyFoxMerch@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, Printful will issue a refund or create a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

 

📬 Returns Address Policy

Because LuckyFox Merch uses Printful for fulfillment, all returns go directly to a Printful facility — not to our business address.

 

Important Notes:

• Once a return is approved, Printful will automatically generate the correct return address based on where your item was shipped from.

• Please do not send products back to LuckyFox Merch directly, as we cannot process them.

• If a package is undeliverable due to wrong address or goes unclaimed, it will be returned to Printful. Refund eligibility in such cases follows our refund policy (orders with incorrect addresses are not refundable).
